Do packages include flights?
Flights are not included in our packages.
How does the payment plan work?
25% deposit is due upon reservation. From there, three additional payments are due which includes the final payment due by September 8th.
What is included vs. what is optional?
Air travel/flights and golf are not included in any package.

I am traveling solo. Is this for me?
Yes! Rooms can be reserved for an occupancy of one. The guests are very friendly and inclusive. You will have a lot of fun, especially with our excursions where you are more apt to make connections before the shows.
Who is Island Escapes and how does booking work?
Island Escapes would be our official travel partner. We have enjoyed working with them for several years. They handle securing reservation payments and coordinating airport transportation here in Barbados.
Is golf included or is it an add-on?
The Charity Golf Tournament would be an add-on. You can learn more on our Golf page and register there.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• 3 Day Packages DO NOT include Excursions
• 4 Day Package Guests must arrive on or before Thursday, October 8th for a 7pm Departure to Excursion #1
• Priority Packages DO NOT include VIP Artist Meet & Greet
PAYMENTS & POLICIES
• 25% Deposit due at Booking
• 25% 1st installment due by April 30th, 2026
• 25% 2nd Installment due by July 1st, 2026
• 25% Final Payment due to September 1st, 2026
Any bookings after September 1st, 2026 will require Payment in Full
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the event date; however, such refunds are subject to applicable processing fees of 25%. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
By confirming your package reservation, all guests acknowledge that The Barbados Jazz Excursion reserves the right to adjust lodging and venue arrangements to an equally rated or higher-rated property, should changes be required.
With the purchase of this package, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Blu Isles/Island Escapes / The Barbados Jazz Excursion from any and all liabilities, including but not limited to judgments, costs, and attorney’s fees.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
